All reservations need to be made following the steps below. ALL cancellations can be made through the steps below, but must also be reported to Laurie (lawfour@rochester.rr.com) at the same time. Charges may be incurred with cancellations through the club depending on date and number of cancellations made.

Rate is $89 plus tax

Dates rooms available with the contract: June 30 – July 9


Directions for making reservations:

In your web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape) go to www.thsweb.com and type P11375024805110 in the space provided and click the "Submit Password" button. You will be brought to a screen on a secure site which will show the total number of rooms blocked for parents as well as the number of these rooms previously booked by other parents.

To book their room, they must click on the "Add Person" button and provide all the necessary information (Name, Phone, Credit Card, Email, etc) to book their room. Shortly after entering this information, they will receive an email confirming their room and providing instructions on how to modify or cancel their individual room reservation.
