About the Club: Philosophy
The Pace Advantage:
The Pace Bootlegger Volleyball Club has continued to grow and be successful, because of a philosophy that we call the Pace Advantage.
This advantage is made up of a few key points:
- Many coaches were players for Pace Bootlegger and have brought their winning tradition back to the club.
- Pace Bootlegger provides a feeder system through the club allowing players to always play up. This filters through the men’s and women’s AA team which many of our coaching staff members play on.
- The club philosophy is for players to train at two positions, ensuring confidence and versatility as a player and as a team member.
- Pace Bootlegger prides itself on a competitive practice environment. Being a practice oriented club, this advantage is key for it allows players to learn and grow while still giving them the opportunity to make either a local or travel team.
- Pace Bootlegger offers both elite and developmental programs.
- Pace Bootlegger has extensive college contacts to aid with athletic scholarships.
- Pace Bootlegger is Rochester Volleyball at its best. We nurture and develop leadership skills
- Pace Bootlegger gives athletes the opportunity to develop friendships that span locally and nationally.
Essentially, players leave the Pace Bootlegger Volleyball Club with an “advantage” over other players and athletes. They leave with an experience that helped define them as mature leaders and versatile athletes.
