Overview Additional Info Fall & Winter Season Club Fees

The Pace Bootlegger Volleyball Club is a non-profit organization that operates based on player Club Fee’s and expenses. All Fees and Expenses are classified into four distinct groupings – Club Registration / Practice Facility / Travel / Uniform.

1) Club Registration Fee for the club includes:
- WEVA Registration / Liability Insurance
- Uniforms
- Club Registration Expenses
- Coaching Expenses
- Equipment Expenses
- Supplies and web site maintenance

Fees are established as follows:
- 13 and under through 18's: $450.00/Season
- 12 and under: $225.00/Season

2) Practice Facility Fee: There is an additional expense of $40.00 per player that is due at the first practice of every month. The fee goes to the costs for gym rental at the facility that the teams practice in. The first practice fee is due at the first practice in December, November's practice fees are included with your initial club fees. 12-under fees are only $15.00

3) Tournament / Travel Fees: All tournament and travel fees are in addition to the above fees, and are due the week before thee players compete. Players will have an opportunity to sign up for these tournaments weeks before the events. Players are responsible for communicating to the coaching staff if they are ill or have conflicts with tournaments. Players / parents will be responsible for all financial commitments to the club.

4) Uniform Fee/Policy: A one time uniform fee (which includes one pair of club shorts and two competition shirts) is included with your initial club fees. The replacement Uniform Fee/Policy is as follows: If a player loses a pair of shorts ($25.00) or a Shirt ($10.00) they will be responsible for the replacement of the lost item before the next tournament. All of the teams use two shirts at each tournament.

There will be cuts made in all age groups above 15 and under teams. We will field two teams in each of those age groups.
