The 10 & under / 12 & under team will practice on Sunday's and the 13 & under / 14 & under teams are practicing on Fridays and Sunday's.  The Boy's 15 & under and 16's will practice on Tuesday and Thursday.  The 17 & 18-under teams will practice on Monday and Wednesday.
Volleyball players, their parents, and coaches interested in being involved with Junior Olympic Volleyball are invited to attend this important meeting. In the past eighteen years, the club has grown from 30 to over 200 members and has had teams from five different age groups participating in the National Championships.  Last year was a fantastic year for Rochester Volleyball.  The 16-under team finished 5th in the nation! Many players went on to Long Beach State, Stevens Tech, Nazareth, and Medaille. Pace players are experiencing more opportunities in all levels of college volleyball.

If you want to improve your volleyball skills and be part of a healthy competitive atmosphere involving good sportsmanship, please join us on Sunday October 2nd at 6 p.m. at Nazareth College (Forum next to the gym)and learn about our growing successful volleyball club.
