Copy of photo ID (1 for each individual on the roster); i.e. Passport

A letter of good standing from your national volleyball federation with your team entry and check.

$100 check for mandatory sport accident insurance

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Travel Team USA, our official housing coordinator for the 2013 Rochester Can-Am Volleyball Tournament. All out of town teams must reserve their rooms through Travel Team USA as a condition of acceptance. Below is a link to view and reserve hotels for your team.
